Workday and IBM have announced an expanded partnership and a new non-unusual solution for businesses to return to the office.
To involve the spread of the new coronavirus, several governments and other governments around the world imposed temporary blockades that forced the closure of businesses and offices.
This, in turn, has forced many of us to go on to paint from home, and while some may remain out for the foreseeable future, others will be asked to return to the office.
How to do this safely is a factor and it is the duty of business and network leaders to ensure that every effort is made to reduce the threat of causing a COVID-19 outbreak.

The general law cannot go that far when it comes to preparing companies to return to the workplace in the field. Social distance markers, disinfectant availability and PPE recommendation can help, as well as the maximum number of people allowed in the workplace at a time.
However, this may not be enough to meet the challenge.
As a result, the new IBM and Workday solution aims to help “business and network leaders plan, plan, and monitor employees’ return to the office.”
The new solution combines a variety of Workday and IBM control systems already introduced to the enterprise. IBM and Workday say this will merge “planning functions with critical employee, network, and fitness data.”
At the heart of the joint effort is Workday Adaptive Planning, a flexible solution already used in more than 5000 companies for planning, forecasting and modeling. Despite COVID-19, the software now includes Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) and the introduction of knowledge about staff to return to the office.
While this solution is sufficient to safely manage the number of paints and can be used to organize split paint systems, for example, IBM Watson Works has also been integrated.

IBM claims that corporations want “the right knowledge and data” for painters to safely repaint in a COVID-19 world, and IBM Watson Works was created to provide consumers with this data, with the help of Watson Artificial Intelligence (AI).
IBM Watson Works is a suite of products that leverage Watson’s artificial intelligence for facility management, reintegration, care management, protection, and touch search.

The knowledge analyzed through the formula can provide forecasts and “factual” data to users to manage the demanding situations of COVID-19, as well as to what new protocols adapt to their activities.
