Windows 10 can get a new Application Manager feature in its Settings tool, the concept is that it’s a supercharged edition of Task Manager and smarter to boot, providing recommendations to avoid formulas that take over formula resources.

The concept with the new application manager (which is lately being prototyped) is that it provides a breakdown of all programs running on your PC, like the Task Manager, also includes a complete list of all formulas that are providing your formula (but not running).
