Will My iPhone Support iOS 19?

Apple won’t unveil iOS 19 until June 2025 at the Worldwide Developers Conference, but that doesn’t mean we don’t have some idea of what to expect from the next-generation operating system update – including which iPhone models will be compatible with it.

Note, this compatibility list does not mean that all iOS 19 features will work with the above models. We have already seen Apple Intelligence features added in iOS 18.1 that only work on iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 16 devices.

If the report turns out to be true, it will mark the consecutive moment in a row that Apple has majestized for all existing iPhone models with its main iOS Update. ios 18 supporting the same iPhone models as iOS 17.

After WWDC, iOS 19 will be released to developers for the tests, followed through a public beta later in the summer.

The best edition of iOS 19 deserves to be introduced in September 2025 along with new iPhone models, however, all the expected features deserve not to have the launch.

Most likely, Apple adopts an unconventional implementation for the functions of iOS 19, to the technique used for Apple intelligence updates of iOS 18.
