What’s new in VMware Fusion is compatible with Mac OS Big Sur

Following the release of Parallels Desktop 16, competitor VMware Fusion announced a similar update in a position for Big Sur.

VMware introduced edition 12 of its Fusion virtualization tool on Thursday, August 20.

It offers a complete system for macOS Big Sur, external graphics cards and the open source Kubernetes system. It also provides higher performance, increased security, and various optimizations, depending on the company.

The news is that a loose edition called Fusion 12 Player will also be introduced along with Fusion 12 and Fusion 12 Pro.

A Fusion 12 license costs $149, but users of previous versions can upgrade for $79. The Fusion 12 Pro license, on the other hand, costs $199, while the upgrade costs $99.

More data will soon appear on the VMware website.
