Apple simplifies verification of the iOS edition installed on your iPhone.
You may want to know if your device is running the latest version of the operating formula or if it is compatible with a specific app or accessory.
1. On your iPhone, launch the Settings app, then tap “General”.
2. Press “Software Update”.
3. Here you can view your existing iOS edition and check if you should have an update and if you are able to install it. If you must have an update, view it here and tap to begin the upgrade.
Another way to view your iOS edition is to launch the Settings app, then tap “General” and “Stop” said”.
The “Propose” page lists all kinds of data about your device, adding the software version, serial number and main points about the garage space to be had. You cannot see if you should have a software update from this screen, which is why this page may not be as convenient as the “Software Update” page.
