The long search for the wild goose in WB Montreal’s upcoming Batman game is over and has led players to a short teaser video discovered today.
The newly created Twitter account r3dakt3d shared the definitive track, a padlock with the owl court symbol, earlier in the day. Fans temporarily evolved the mix and put it into the teaser previously released this week, which led to this short video:
For the difficulty of unlocking (you can only watch the video after entering the last 3 codes), there is very little new data in this video. The juiciest treat comes right at the beginning. The opening message, failing, turns out to read “Connecting to the Bell Tower,” which sounds like a reference to the Gotham Knights’ secret headquarters inside Old Wayne Tower.Among that, Batgirl’s past taunts and old logos shared on Instagram, it’s increasingly apparent that we’ll have several playable superheroes in the next Batman game.
Apart from that, the video simply brings together the map elements published in the previous advances, and the way they are presented supports the theory that we’re on the game map for the next Batman game, but it’s not exactly a bomb.
Similarly, the reconfirmation that remains 24 hours before WB even though everything shows off his Batman game is just that, a reconfirmation. We’ve known for days that WB will reveal the game at its DC FanDome presentation this Saturday, August 22, so today’s Big News is that the hunt is over.Players, however, can relax, get up and wait for a general revelation of the game.
You’ll also have your first official preview of Rocksteady’s Suicide Squad game, DC FanDome.
