As corporate consumers increase the number of their deployed smart glasses, Mobile Device Management (MDM) is an integration procedure for many of Vuzix’s largest consumers and, in some cases, is the last step before the company’s broader deployments. With Microsoft Intune and MobileIron’s latest MDM support, corporate consumers can successfully deploy network configurations, certificates, remote installation apps, remotely lock or erase a device, apply device access codes, and view device stock details.
The Vuzix M400 can be temporarily entered into MobileIron UEM using the Device Admin deployment approach (lately no other Android logging modes are supported), to allow end users to take the device and immediately see power increases without having to go through a configuration/configuration phase. The Vuzix M400 smart glasses have also been added to the MobileIron market, allowing MobileIron companies interested in smart glasses to connect directly to Vuzix for their marketing solution. MobileIron Core is a key component of the MobileIron platform. This is the management console through which directors can set control and security policies for devices, programs, and content. MobileIron Core also integrates with enterprise IT systems such as LDAP directories, email, content repositories, and network access systems.
