After discussing themes from the exhibition such as ”Timeless Memories: A Decade of Iconic Celebration”, which celebrated the tenth anniversary of the WSICE assignment and Professor Soyinka’s 85th birthday in July 2019, and ‘Timeless Memories: Elastic Effects of Wole Soyinka’, which was held at Freedom Park in Lagos in November 2019, this year’s virtual exhibition will focus on “Timeless Memories; The humanity of WS”.
The name of the exhibition is taken from the WSICE theme “I AM because YOU ARE” and points to Professor Soyinka’s commitment and the purpose of the WSICE program which is above all to teach young minds for a better future.
The virtual exhibition will feature new illustrative works, works from the November 2019 exhibition and an E-Art e-book that can be freely downloaded on the WSICE website.
