Venture actor Intelbroker now claims to have hacked Apple and AMD.

Popular cybercriminal Intelbroker has created another one that is gaining attention on the dark internet forum BreachForums following its report of a theft at AMD last week. A day later, the organization said it had also compromised Apple, stealing the source code of its internal tools. , adding AppleConnect-SSO, Apple-HWE-Confluence-Advanced, and AppleMacroPlugin, as well as employee personally identifiable data and other data.

AppleConnect-SSO is an authentication formula that allows workers to access fast programs within Apple’s network. A former Apple retail worker told 9to5Mac that AppleConnect serves as the worker’s equivalent of an Apple ID and is used to access all internal email formulas. Not much is known about the other two tools, but it’s assumed that Apple-HWE-Confluence-Advanced is likely used to share internal data and that AppleMacroPlugin facilitates internal processes.

Apple has not proven the breach and AMD said it is working intensively with authorities and a third party to investigate the claim and the significance of the data. Intelbroker has released screenshots of AMD’s internal systems to prove it has the data. .
