The 74-year-old said there was no sign on the morning of the shooting that anything was going to happen.
He revealed that Ramos had a minor argument with his grandmother about paying a phone bill, but it was nothing significant.

Ramos also bullied at school, according to his most productive eighth-grade friend, Stephen Garcia.
