Tulsa School of Welding and Technology Center Adds Electrical and HVAC/R Programs to Houston Campus

The new additions to the program are meant to meet the government’s need for more professional workers.

HOUSTON, TX, May 16, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — To address skills shortages, the Tulsa Welding School

Starting this month, TWSTC will diversify its program offerings to meet the developing demand for electricians and HVAC/R technicians. complements and strengthens laboratory skills.

The additions to the program come at a critical time as careers in the professional trades continue to increase, with electrical and HVAC/R jobs in Texas rising as much as 14% and 16%, respectively, through 2028, according to CareerOneStop.
