A Florida teenager, accused of being the “brain” of social media site hacking Twitter in July, has been arrested, according to The WFLA Channel 8 News’s online page in Tampa.
Graham Clark, 17, faces 30 felony counts for “defrauding others across america” with Twitter hacking.
