The pandemic has led to the rise of fashion masks, with traditional PPE designed through Vistaprint, Makelab and virtually all brands of clothing and traditional design companies. While the mask is a first step for those involved in the Covid-19 shrinkage, it is not without problems: openings in the appearance allow air debris to escape or enter without filtration, and when not used or adjusted properly, they can allow transmission. Virus.
With this fear in mind, Toronto-based non-public protective appliance company Vyzr Technologies has created a product called BioVyzr. It looks like the most sensitive part of an area suit, covering the head and shoulders and staying in position with a chest strap. It’s not fashionable, but it provides more complex coverage to users in busy regions such as advertising workspaces, schools, and public transportation.
And, according to Vyzr Technologies founder and CEO Yezin Al-Qaysi, BioVyzr has two other primary face masks.
“It is designed to ensure isolation from infection without social distance,” Al-Qaysi said. “Our users can smile and interact with each other.”
The design absolutely seals the user and uses motorized air purification generation to eliminate pathogens, allergens and contaminants in the incoming and outgoing air. For added comfort and visibility, it also includes a fan, fog-proof tablet, peripheral side windows and adjustable side straps.
The product is similar to that used in commercial and health care environments called resistant air purifying respirators (PAPRs), which uses integrated ions for the head, face and eyes for workers from workplace hazards. Although the BioVyzr is not as effective as papR, it is presented at a much more available value of $250 instead of $1800.
“We take the concept of PAPR generation and present it in a more comfortable and convenient way for others to use every day,” Al-Qaysi said.
The product was presented on the indiegogo crowdfunding site and almost without delay raised $400,000 with 50,000 pre-orders. The first production cycle is underway now, with some other cycle scheduled for next month. Interested customers come with returning students, dental office employees and doctors, staff in highly affected occupations who interact with clients and travelers.
“There are many lives in suspense right now and we have no idea how long this will last,” al-Qaysi said. “I hope this product will allow users to return to their lives in general safely without the threat of infection.”
Large corporations, which add stores eager to reopen outlets after a hiatus of months, seek tactics to protect their workers and customers. Vyzr Technologies is in the early stages of talks with larger corporations, such as meat packaging services and BioVyzr film studies.
According to Vyzr, more physically powerful PPE will not only gain advantages for others now, but can also identify new popular coverage that can save you long-term mistakes in the existing pandemic.
