These American operators lately send RCS messages on iPhone

With iOS 18, Apple has brought control of RCS messages, a new protocol that improves the SMS it sends to Revel between iPhone and Android users. Unlike SMS, you can view read/delivery receipts, send larger files, and have access indicators, features that were missing. At first, only the top 3 carriers took an RCS messaging rate. Since then, many other people have joined the party.

This list is based on information directly from Apple, and will be updated as new carriers are added.

Mint Mobile and Ultra Mobile, which have around millions of subscribers in the United States, are some notable exceptions to the list.

Mint Mobile and Ultra Mobile are particularly interesting because they were both acquired by T-Mobile earlier this year, but seemingly T-Mobile hasn’t yet gotten around to supporting the feature on its new sub-brands.
