Well, it’s still July and yet we’re watching the release of one of the August playStation Plus games for some reason.
This would be Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 Campaign Remastered, which was announced as one of two games on the loose in August, the other being Fall Guys, which will only be featured on August 4. But the Crusade for Modern Warfare 2 is growing. Today. It’s not quite online yet, however, you should be aware of this page, which will be up to date when you can download it. I’ll also take a look to update this article when it’s completely online, but it’s regularly around noon, when we see those loose games coming out on launch day. I heard that MW2 would possibly already be online in some spaces like the UK, so if you live outside the US, you may need to visit their respective stores. (UPDATE: I now see it live in the US store at 3:50 pm ET)
Why is Modern Warfare 2 online now, in July? I don’t know why you have an additional full week of availability because any of the games are until August 31. I wonder if this might have to do with Activision delivering the upcoming Call of Duty this week, Black Ops: Cold War, and they looked for the FREE MW2 to serve as an initial promotion for everyone to do Call of Duty before the announcement or something. That. Otherwise, I just don’t know why it would be fixed like this.
The Modern Warfare 2 crusade is definitely a smart crusade, however, I think there have been grunts in this edition that the genuine explanation of why everyone enjoyed Modern Warfare 2 was the multiplayer mode, which is not a component of this package.
Even though Call of Duty is the biggest series, I have the impression that the maximum PS4 players are more excited about Fall Guys as a component of the loose game offerings, as it has recently been introduced and already attracts a fan base. The game is necessarily a PS4 and a PC exclusive because it has no plans to reach Xbox soon, according to the developer. I think Fall Guys hopes being on PS Plus gives a Rocket League-style boost, which helped launch this game to the monster it is today, but we’ll have to wait and see. Again, august 4th for that one.
For now, you can download Modern Warfare 2 today and go through this crusade for the first time in a long time if you hadn’t picked it up until now. You may just look and see if No Russian is still as scary as then, or if I’m too insensitive right now. Stay tuned for updates on when you’re live.
