The first hurdle in GTA 6 will be the Xbox Series S hardware

There’s still a long way to go, but GTA 6 was announced for release in 2025. With a PC release yet to be announced, the game is expected to come to current-gen consoles. This includes Sony’s PS5 and Microsoft’s Xbox Series X and S. . As long as there are no major delays, when it launches, we’ll be in the fifth year of its lifespan. The toughest of them will probably handle the tension of Rockstar’s long-awaited title, I’m worried. that the Xbox Series S is rarely made to work.

Rockstar’s upcoming title has been in the works since 2014, according to Bloomberg. By the time it launches, there’s going to be nearly 11 years of development behind the game. We’ve yet to see any gameplay footage to suggest what visuals the next RAGE (Rockstar’s game engine) might offer up.

If there’s ever been a game that can even live up to GTA 6’s expectations, it’s Starfield. Considering how similar the current generation of consoles is to PCs with compromised graphical settings, such as functionality and consistency modes, Rockstar can take it a step further by optimizing its new open-world game for current hardware, while also making plans.
