San Francisco, May 19 (IANS) Years after its launch, Microsoft Teams’ video collaboration tool, despite everything, arrived at the tech giant’s store in Windows 11 and Windows 10.

According to Windows Central, PC users can now use the popular communication app directly through the Microsoft Store on Windows 11 or Windows 10.

Teams, a proprietary business communication platform developed by Microsoft, as part of the Microsoft 365 family of products, already available on Windows, but is now a little less difficult to locate since it is located in the Microsoft Store.

Windows 11 and Windows 10 users will have other Teams reports after downloading it from the Microsoft Store, according to the report.

Those Windows 10 will be able to use Teams with personal, work, or school accounts. The Windows 11 edition of Teams only supports work and school accounts.

The difference is due to the fact that Windows 11 has a built-in chat app that works through the non-public edition of Teams. Users can still download Teams for non-public use through Microsoft’s website.

In addition to the difference in the types of accounts supported, users shouldn’t see any difference between the Microsoft Store edition of Teams and the edition they used in the past on PC.

The app will continue to use its own auto-update approach and has the same feature set as the edition found on the Microsoft website.
