Aug. 3 (UPI) — SpaceX canceled plans Saturday morning to launch an International Space Station resupply project from the station in Cape Canaveral, Florida, due to adverse weather conditions.
A backup release opportunity is at 11:02 a. m. m. ET on Sunday, but the 45th Weather Squadron predicted a 10% chance of favorable conditions. Florida is affected by the rains and winds of a tropical depression.

Also on Sunday, SpaceX plans to launch a Falcon, nine of the 23 Starlink satellites, from Vandenberg Space Force Base in California.
Hailing from Florida, this is Northrop Grumman Cygnus’ 21st spacecraft for NASA.
About 8,200 pounds of clinical and shipping material will head to the ISS.
The spacecraft includes water harvesting technology, a process for producing mobile microgravity stems, studies of the effects of spaceflight on the DNA of microorganisms, tissue growth, and scientific demonstrations for students.
