Liu Yuzhu, director of the China Foundation for the Conservation of Cultural Heritage, in his speech stressed the importance of telling Chinese stories through cultural artifacts.

He proposed strengthening the study of Chinese civilization and creating cutting-edge programs, such as TV shows, exhibitions and interactive virtual projects, to promote classical Chinese culture, while deepening foreign collaboration, cultivating skills and encouraging social participation.

Liu, a former director of the National Cultural Heritage Administration, said the foundation’s Asian Fund for Cultural Heritage Preservation actively participates in exchange and cooperation systems for the preservation of Asian cultural heritage.
