Smartphone and home appliance corporations also made better-than-expected profits. The operating source of revenue in the smartphone department increased by 25% year-on-year to 1.9.5 billion won. The epidemic has caused global smartphone sales to fall and Samsung has sold only 57 million smartphones worldwide, down 25% year-over-year.
