Tahera Zamanzada, Director of Global Public Sector Digital Strategy at Salesforce (NYSE: CRM), said the COVID-19 pandemic has led government agencies to advance virtual transformation and provide greater service to visitors by adopting cloud platforms.
“The virtual visitor revels in the internal benefits of cloud generation government because it supports cellular responses in a way that would not exist differently and leads to much higher adoption rates and happier visitors,” Zamanzada wrote. “The cloud can also manage the fluctuating bandwidth of requests so that agencies can increase or decrease as needed.”
He noted that agencies are working to provide citizens with an omnichannel experience to facilitate communication and interaction with government and use synthetic intelligence platforms to better perceive their consumers and better meet their needs.
“They can use this data to create human-centered design frameworks as a component of their virtual transformation plans as they continue to refine their business processes and project effectiveness,” Zamanzada added.
Zamanzada called on agencies to empower their workers to offer greater delight to visitors, giving them a role in establishing intuitive platforms and to try the “digital governance of the future.”
“Long-term virtual governance is secure, perfectly interconnected and organized around the customer. This means that the fun will have to adapt to every user who logs on to an agency’s website,” he said.
