The Russian Federal Antitrust Service Apple had abused its dominant position in the app market.

Kaspersky claimed that he was forced to remove features such as the app and the Safari browser lock from his Safe Kids iOS app to decrease his ability to compete with Apple’s usage tracking feature.

“Since October 2018, Apple has implemented a consistent policy of restricting computers and features for upcoming parental apps,” the FAS said in a statement. “This, in turn, has resulted in the loss by external developers of the maximum functionality of the application.”
