The ACLU’s racial justice program aims to maintain and expand constitutionally guaranteed rights for others who have traditionally been denied their rights on the basis of race.

The racial justice program seeks to challenge AI’s strength to maintain and exacerbate systemic racism. In coalition with ACLU affiliates in each state, other civil rights groups, and local advocates, we advocate for more legislation and policies, and grassroots movements to work with. to make some equity in AI systems, i. e. in employment, housing and credit spaces.
