PINK has filed a lawsuit against P. Inc. ‘s project, and now Victoria’s Secret has joined the fray, U. S. can reveal.
Singer Try, 44, whose real name is Alecia Beth Moore, filed a lawsuit against P. Inc’s proposal for Pharrell. brand on April 18, citing “priority and confusion. “
“I deserve Pink to prevail,” a legal representative for Pink told the U. S. Sun.
“On the merits, the trademark is confusing due to the nature of the trademarks and the scope of the application,” the source continued.
“Pink will accept anything that might have an effect on her marketing.
“[She] needs him to leave that mark and not sue,” the rep concluded.
“The cumulative profit from products sold under the PINK brand in the United States is indeed substantial in all respects,” the Pink Opposition Court document states.
“[Their] music has reached countless consumers, adding up album, streaming, and radio sales,” the document reads.
Pink states that Pharrell’s new trademark “resembles the PINK marks and is very likely to cause confusion, error, and/or deception. “
Victoria’s Secret also quietly filed a lawsuit against the Pharrell logo on March 21.
The underwear logo has six logos for its Pink junior line that cover spaces such as “bras, sleepwear, clothing, luggage, retail stores, sunglasses, mobile phone cases” and more.
The company has two other brands for Victoria’s Secret Pink that also cover “clothing, bras, pajamas” and more.
Pharrell’s trademark application “is very similar” and “overlaps with the goods,” Victoria’s Secret’s opposition court documents say.
The trademark P. INC. La “likely to cause confusion,” the document says.
Pink filed a trademark application for its signature level on October 26, 1999, and it was approved on September 11, 2001.
His first Pink trademark registration for “musical sound recordings and audio-visual recordings containing music”.
Pink will overlook anything that might affect her merchandising.

The singer has unveiled a fifth brand for Pink’s Page, which covers “entertainment services, a website, music videos” and much more.
The origin of Victoria’s Secret Pink can be traced back to its first use in 2001.
There is no trademark dispute between Pink and Victoria’s Secret.
Pharrell filed his P. INC. trademark application on May 31, 2023, which covers “retail store services, wholesale store services, mail order services, services, vinyl records, eyeglasses, recordings, merchandise, marketing services, agencies, a website, advertisements,” and more.
