Philips has just introduced a number of new audiovisual products to be placed on the European market by 2020.Including, above all, a new high-end OLED TV.
The eye-catching new OLED 935 TVs will be available in sizes of 48, 55 and 65 inches, and will mix Philips’ latest symbol processing generation (providing a truly extensive breakthrough over the already available OLED805 range) with a new “integrated” multichannel speaker box designed through Hi-Fi, Bowers, British brand
The design of the OLED 935 sees the lovely metal frame screen fixed over the giant external speaker case, the latter truly offering to the TV when placed on a desk.The speaker case is as lovely as the TV, thank you to its angular sculpture, its aluminum micro-mesh most sensible plate and its Kvadrat fabric.
In addition, of course, as with all high-end Philips TVs, the display lights up from behind via Ambilight.In addition to being able to track the color and brightness of the photographs it is in as usual, the four-sided AMIbilight OLED 935 introduces two new Ambilight modes: Ambisleep uses soft and warm color tones accompanied by sounds of nature to create a relaxing and comfortable environment to help you sleep.Ambilight Air, meanwhile, allows the TV’s Ambilight formula to pair with the new W6205 and W6505 Wireless Speakers, so the speakers output their own Ambilight output in sync with the TV.
Even the OLED 935 remote control is one step above the norm, thanks to its Muirhead leather back and button backlight.
While OLED OLED805 TVs benefit from some of Philips’ new “AI” symbol features, OLED 935s take advantage of a new logo symbol processing chip that takes AI usage to a whole new level.
As with OLED805 models, OLED 935’s new P5 AI remedy relies on the use of Philips neural networks to analyze millions of photographs, so that their newest TVs can better classify content into one of five types of photographs: Nature, Face, Motion, Darkness, and another.”
When an incoming symbol belongs to one of the first 4 categories, it is implemented a new total set of symbol processing algorithms, designed to provide much more effective and herbal effects than they would have been imaginable before “on the fly”.”is the bend position if a symbol cannot be categorized without problems, in which case it is implemented with symbol processing similar to that used on Philips TVs last year.
The main additional features provided by the OLED 935 chipset are as follows: First, AI Smart Bit Enhancement 2.0 is designed to remove color bands from HDR resources without deleting details, obtaining, according to the claim, accuracy levels close to 14 bits, even with an 8-bit video.
AI Machine Learning Sharpness, on the other hand, gives a much smarter and more herbal symbol sharpness.To do this, it is to identify spaces of high, medium and low texture in a given symbol, as well as spaces of noise, bands and skin tones and then apply other sharpness processes more suitable for each of the other symbol segments.
Philips Perfect Natural Reality formula has also been updated to convert SDR resources to HDR.According to Philips, the OLED 935 edition delivers more than 30% more sharpness thanks to the new hardware-based HDR soft sensing technology.
This looks for the boldest reflections in an SDR symbol and provides them with additional brightness that increases to make the HDR effect bigger, while providing more contrast and obvious details.However, this is done, Adds Philips, making sure that the symbol is natural.

As with the OLED805, the new OLED 935 will play all major HDR formats, adding HDR10, HLG, HDR10 and Dolby Vision.Filmmaker mode will also be supported after a firmware update later in the year, although, interestingly, Philips bratly declares that it would prefer it to use one of its own processing-rich symbol settings to get the effects of its new TVs.
The only sadness is the lack of next-generation game features, such as variable refresh rates and 4K at 120 Hz playback.
As for this huge external but built-in speaker box, its strengths are its ‘Dolby Atmos Elevation’ committed controllers and the inclusion for the first time in a Philips TV audio formula of one of the Bowers formulas.
The two 50mm lifting speakers are designed to provide Dolthrough Atmos height effects by bouncing off the ceiling, while the Tweeter-On-Top is designed to ensure that its high-frequency functionality is delivered without the blur you get when tweeters are fixed larger interior.Cabinets.
The speaker case is constructed of thick ABS reinforced with fiberglass, reinforced through sections of internal ribs for unwanted resonances. It has a total of ten speakers, operating in a 3.1.2 configuration, with 3 19 mm decoupled titanium dome tweeters and 4 50mm decoupled titanium dome tweeters.-Range of drives acting on left, middle and right tasks

One latest smart news about the OLED 935 is its value: I don’t yet have a value in all 3 styles, but the 65-inch deserves to charge 2700 euros, a little more than the LG 65OLEDCX and sony 65A8, despite the high-end Philips-style design and ‘extreme’ audio and video processing solutions.Also, having spent quality time with a 65OLED 935, I can verify that those are awesome TVs.
The 55-inch and 65-inch OLED 935 will be introduced this month, and the 48-inch style will continue in October.
