Gosport-based developer Gunboat No 1 Ltd hopes to build 16 indifferent homes on the former QinetiQ-owned diving check on Fort Road in Alverstoke.

The “closed community” would see some existing buildings, adding one that already adds a pool used by defense scientists, in homes for high-flying travelers.

The plans have been submitted to The Gosport City Council but have still been made public, as the main points are shown through the developer.

Ian Knight, of the company, said other people were already showing interest in exclusive properties.

He told The News: “We are looking to create a closed network that has an astonishing combination of interwar–era commercial buildings and transforming them into a highly desirable high-end network. Units. The new buildings will also be in this similar line.

“We expect the other people on Crescent Road, Fort Road and the declining Alverstoke network to adopt this program because, in a way, it’s just good.”

Mr. Knight said the existing “dangerous” Fort Road would be easier for cyclists and pedestrians to use as it would move further away from the narrow road.

Parts of the would be used to compensate for nitrate contaminants in calm waters, a challenge that lately impedes the structure of thousands of households.

Knight hopes that the rehabilitation of the land component will not only compensate for all 16 homes, but will also allow for further progress in Gosport.

It is currently owned by defense giant QinetiQ and has a commercial use permit.

The goats were tested in a hyperbaric chamber through researchers who examined the effects imaginable on divers. Between 2000 and 2006, some 400 experiments were conducted with goats through corner search experts.

As reported in The News in 2014, Councilman Mark Hook, head of the city council, called for it to be used for houses of more than a million pounds for “industry captains.”

Today he said: “It is a delicate matter and there are many disorders to consider – ecological monuments and ancient classifieds and on an alluvial plain, it would be very difficult to develop.”

People can comment on plans when they are validated on publicaccess.gosport.gov.uk/online-applications through Fort Road.
