PHOENIX – Holes-in-one, home runs, will be located at Chase Field for 3 days in December.
Upper Deck Golf will take over Chase Field from Dec. 6-8.
The tees will be set up on the upper floor while the vegetables will be on the course.
In addition to a round of golf, there will be music, drinks, food and demanding golf situations at the clubhouse bar and in the festival area.
Registration for the general public will open in the fall, but others can register early on their website.
Departure times will be available from 7 a. m. until 9 p. m. in two-player increments. Golfers who opt for VIP tee times will enjoy additional benefits such as extra golf balls, free access to driving, chipping and putting challenges, and complimentary food and beverages.
Upper Deck Golf is a golf festival that showcases its golf format at baseball and soccer stadiums across the country.
Players participate in a nine-hole round of golf, starting from the upper deck and targeting the greens on the course. Within the greens are designated circle outlines that represent a birdie if the ball lands in, a par is for any ball that lands the green is not yet in the circle and a bogey is awarded for a ball that lands outside the green.
It is planned to walk as the players will to other parts of the upper decks of the stadium to locate their initial location.
