National Sleep Foundation partners with Samsung to provide sleep fitness education

Samsung’s new Galaxy Watch3 will feature an updated sleep tracking feature that will generate a “sleep score” in the Samsung Health app. Users’ sleep scores will be accompanied by educational messages about sleep health.

“Samsung has evolved its sleep control since its arrival in 2014. We are now excited to take it to the next point through execution with a leading sleep expert, the National Sleep Foundation, to give users a greater understanding of their sleep. Said Taejong Jay Yang, senior vice president of the corporation and head of the fitnesscare team, Samsung Electronics’ mobile communications department. “And when combined with the wide variety of fitness and fitness measures available at Samsung Health, users can get a bigger sense of their overall well-being to help them feel better.”
