A holiday bank from Judge Bharati Dangre rejected Das’s request for early bail, filed through lawyer Adil Khatri, and ordered the filmmaker to “go to the right forum for help. “

Judge Dangre said Ahmedabad, where the FIR v Das was registered, is not far from Mumbai.

Das deserve to apply to the appropriate court in Ahmedabad to be arrested or any other reparation similar to the case, the judgment on said.

Earlier this month, the Law Enforcement Directorate arrested Jharkhand Mining Secretary Singhal in a laundering case related to the alleged embezzlement of MGNREGA funds, and also seized more than Rs 18 million in coins from the home of a chartered accountant, allegedly related to Singhal.

Last week, an official from the Crime Detection Division of the Ahmedabad Das Police (46) shared the photo on his Twitter account on May 8.

The photo showed Shah and Singhal at a public event five years ago, but Das tweeted it to deceive others and slander the minister’s reputation, the official said.

In the FIR registered through the Ahmedabad police, Das was also convicted under the National Insults of Honour Prevention Act and the Computer Science Act, for allegedly insulting the national flag by posting a remodeled symbol of a woman dressed in a tricolour on her Facebook account on 17 March. .
