Microsoft Edge is packed with AI features. It has Copilot in the sidebar, Microsoft Designer in the symbol editing option, and other features not found in other browsers. But now, the Redmond giant needs the tips from its online page on AI Edge.
Windows Latest has several new features added in the most recent Canary edition of the Edge browser. All of those new feature IDs imply a correlation between the suggestions that appear in the Edge browser. Here are some of them:
In addition, all feature IDs use the word AI, indicating that it will try to improve your site’s suggestions beyond the usual. Currently, when you use Edge, visited sites appear below the search bar and in the context menu of the taskbar icon.
However, AI tips may come with other factors, such as how many times it stops at a site. We tried to force release the Edge browser with AI-assisted suggestions, but we didn’t notice any difference. There were no new configurations for AI tips in Edge that will need to be replaced.
The usefulness of this feature remains a concern because Microsoft Edge can already demonstrate sites without AI.
Previously, Microsoft introduced an AI theme generator for the browser.
Edge supports themes. You can choose from a list of counterfeit colors or download them from the store. The challenge with this technique is that the browser frame doesn’t adapt to the color palette of the implemented image. As a result, Microsoft Edge is seen in some cases.
The AI theme generator will apply the dominant color of the symbol to the frame. Even the symbol will be generated by AI and Microsoft will automatically create it in the highest solution imaginable to make Edge even better.
We’ve found that generating low-resolution photos in Paint Image Creator doesn’t work well on giant screens, but that’s not the case with the AI theme creator in Edge.
Google is also developing a concept to produce AI themes in the browser.
