Since Microsoft Copilot announced in mid-2023, the IT industry has enthusiastically embraced AI-powered tools, and many giant corporations have incorporated them into their services.
Throughout the year, we have been tracking the progress of primary VARs and MSPs as they adopt and implement Copilot.
These are some of those who claim the greatest claims in the Copilot space.
Solution Focus: Copilot for Microsoft 365
Co-pilot seats: 5,000
In March, German IT services provider Bechtle began rolling out Copilot for Microsoft 365 in 14 countries, deploying 5,000 seats, the largest rollout across a service provider at the time.
Since then, the company has focused on gaining expertise in AI assistants for Office applications, with the goal of expanding its sales capabilities with GenAI.
Dirk Müller-Niessner, CTO of Bechtle, explained the company’s structured approach: “In addition to sharing educational materials, tips and successful use cases, Bechtle formed a team-wide replacement.
“We have colleagues in the progress of our business who support this task, and an agile assignment team is moving this task forward. “
“This extends from each worker to the executive committee. In addition, we have created express education and a single intranet that summarizes all the data on the use of Copilot,” he continues, highlighting the structure around the multinational’s set of products.
Bechtle, one of the first users of Copilot since the fourth quarter of 2023, is already reaping tangible benefits.
“The effects will be much greater when groups are more broadly based and exchange concepts in a short time and regularly,” Müller-Niessner said.
