Microsoft closes its retail stores

Microsoft temporarily closed its physical outlets in March in the wake of the coronavirus outbreak, as did many other companies. Now, as a component of a major replacement in business strategy, the company has announced that it has completed its physical retail outlets, almost worldwide, and will be based on its channel and online sales.

As for members of its retail team, Microsoft says that “they will continue to serve consumers from Microsoft’s conveniences or remotely and will continue to expand our diverse project team and overall company goals.” However, Microsoft will keep its London, New York, Sydney and Redmond campuses open.

The corporate says it will “reinvent” the area in the aforementioned stores, but it has not yet been revealed how accurately it will materialize. With the demise of Microsoft stores, the company will continue to expand its responses from virtual visitors, such as individual salesArray tutorial videos, etc.
