Microsoft 365 consumers are experiencing difficulty connecting to the service and are seeing functionality degradation due to network infrastructure issues in Microsoft’s Azure cloud regions globally.
“Lately we are investigating access issues and degradation of functionality with various features and Microsoft 365. More data can be found in MO842351 in the admin center,” the company wrote in X, formerly Twitter, through its Microsoft 365 Status account.
Microsoft’s Azure service prestige page also displayed a service degradation warning and stated that users who can access those affected would likely experience latency when performing moves or operations.
This warning also lists the affected services, the Microsoft 365 admin center itself, Intune, Enter, and Power Platform.
The affected services, according to the cloud prestige page, include SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Teams, and Exchange Online.
The prestige portal of the M365 Office service also showed no signs of service interruptions. All parts of the suite were shown adding M365 Consumer, Outlook. com, OneDrive, Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft-To-Do, Skype, Office for Web (Consumer), Whiteboard, Phone Link, Teams (Consumer), and Microsoft Lists all They worked normally. .
