Linux Mint 22. 1 “Xia” is now available

Linux Mint 22.1 “Xia” is a long-term support release of the popular Linux distribution that will be supported until 2029. It’s available now for clean installs and as an upgrade for Linux Mint 22 “Wilma,” from last July.

Linux Mint 22. 1 offers several new features, adding power mode and night light capability that will be familiar to Windows users. Includes Cinnamon 6. 4, the latest edition of the desktop environment, which adds a new default theme, new dialog boxes, and improved support for Wayland demonstrates technology and other improvements.
