Japan Inc Cybersecurity, Does anyone still trust Japanese technology?

Given the existing trends in cyberattacks, I wouldn’t be surprised if it was ransomware, and given that the challenge dates back to Saturday, I’m pretty sure it is.
Hopefully, they were smart enough to back everything up (and encrypt all their sensitive data), otherwise they deserve to be willing to pay a few hundred million yen. . .
