Is The Last of Us Part 2 Remastered coming to PC? With the release of The Last of Us Part 2 Remastered on PS5, those who have an idea of the moment of the bankruptcy of Ellie and Joel’s adventure on PC are understandably wondering if Sony has any plans in place, with plenty of hope fueled by the release of The Last of Us Part 2 Remastered on PS5. Last of Us Part 1 on PC in 2023.
While we don’t have a definitive answer, here’s where we stand with a possible The Last of Us Part 2 Remastered PC port. For more on the PS5 version, check out The how to upgrade to the PS5 version, and The Last of Us Part 2 Remastered release date, pre order, price, download size and new modes.
As things stand, Sony hasn’t shown that The Last of Us Part 2 Remastered is coming to PC, but given that The Last of Us Part 1 was released on PC just over six months after the initial release on PS5, it’s temperate to hopefully PlayStation will do the same with TLOU2 Remastered. This coincides with Sony’s push into the PC gaming arena in recent years with the release of flagship titles such as God of War, Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered, Returnal, Sackboy: A Big Adventure, Days Gone, and Horizon Zero Dawn for Windows.
As for when that might happen, that’s a natural speculation, but six months to a year after The Last of Us Part 2 Remastered releases on PS5 turns out to be a moderate expectation. Taking advantage of the classes and generation used to bring The Last of Us Part 1 to PC, Naughty Dog is finding it easier to do the same with TLOU2 Remastered.
Again, this is just a hypothesis and we don’t have any concrete confirmation from Sony that this is on the way. We will keep this article updated as we receive more information.
