Former President Donald Trump would likely have signaled his goal of returning to Twitter if the company’s ban on him were lifted in a new federal securities case.
The SEC filing of Digital World Acquisition Corp. , a company tasked with making public the president’s social media startup, said Trump is “generally obligated” to post on his Truth Social app, which was filed in February.
