The Wall Street Journal reported Monday that Google and its parent company, Alphabet, would allow their painters to continue working from their home until at least June 2021. Google joins the developing list of primary companies, such as Twitter, Square and Facebook, which have in the past announced that they will continue to mount remote paintings for the foreseeable future. Jack Dorsey, ceo of Twitter and Square, broke down the barriers and said he was willing to have his painters paint their homes “forever.”
Google’s ad is mind-blowing and affects about 200,000 painters. Germany’s Siemens, Europe’s largest commercial production company, has announced that 140,000 of its painters can paint anywhere they need for two or three days a week. Many companies, adding Morgan Stanley, JPMorgan, Capital One, Amazon, Microsoft, Zillow, Shopify, Coinbase, Uppaintings, Lambda Schools, PayPal, Salesforce, Box and others, have announced that they will expand their home system paints in one way. or another.
