Pokémon Sword and Shield players can claim other loose Pokémon in Switch games now. Pokémon has announced that it is distributing a download code for a Perygon2 loose in this weekend’s Pokémon Player Cup final, which will begin at 11:00 p.m. PT / 2:00 p.m. ET on August 22 and 23.
At other times in the competition, The Pokemon Company will percentage a password that can be used in Sword and Shield for the Porygon2 mentioned above. Once the password is revealed, you’ll want to post your copy and follow those steps to claim the Pokémon:

The Pokemon Players Cup finals will be streamed online from 11:00 a.m. of the day. You can watch the festival on Twitch and read more key points about the gift on the official Pokémon website.
Porygon2 is rarely the only loose Pokémon presented for Sword and Shield this weekend; Pokémon also shared a download code for a loose Gastrodon. The code to receive the Gastrodon PJCS2019CHAMP; However, this distribution expired on August 23 at 7:59 am PT / 10:59 am ET / 2.59pm UTC, so the Pokémon is no longer available.
