RIP on Bill Mitchell’s Twitter account.

According to Mediaite, the far-right conspiracy theorist was permanently expelled from the platform after seeking to avoid a prohibition of transitority for an un revealed violation. According to a Twitter spokesman: “[Mitchell’s account] was permanently suspended for violating Twitter regulations through an account to evade suspension of some other account.”

Mitchell, the host of the far-right yourVoice America program, is known as a Donald Trump toadie who uses his platform to propagate the QAnon conspiracy theory. In recent months he has faced growing negative reactions over his accusations of coronavirus rejection and accusing Dr. Anthony Fauci of being a “plant” of Hilary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign.

Twitter spokesman did not say why the expert was first suspended from the site; But, as Mediaite pointed out, Mitchell claimed he was being punished for challenging coronavirus masks.

“Twitter just suspended me for opposite masks,” he wrote on Parler, a right-wing social network that is widely known as “anti-Twitter.” “Who knows if I’ll ever come back. I’m sure your resolution is not political at all.”

Of course, Mitchell’s suspension has provoked combined reactions. While some have criticized Twitter for the decision, many have celebrated its ongoing ban by highlighting some of its most offensive, irrational and laughable Twitter moments. You can read some of the reactions below.
