Wizkids’ Fantasy Realms was a huge hit in 2019, spawning a wonderful expansion and inspired several games that took over the wise mechanics of the card game, adding Red Rising from Stonemaier Games.

This edition is not backward compatible, but since the Deluxe Edition includes all previously published content, you will only want this version.
If you have never played this game before, it is a collectible card game that can be played in less than 20 minutes. The original game had only 53 cards in 10 games plus 1 wild card. The cards presented opportunities for scoring and strength when combined with other cards and can lead to very high scores if you played well and luck was on your side.
It is one of my favorite games with over three hundred games and I will definitely buy it when it becomes available. Not bad. The new art looks wonderful and makes the game feel like a modern version.
