It’s time to take credit for Clint Frazier’s wave of good fortune after his call to the New York Yankees.
In the last two games, the 25-year-old outfielder burned the Boston Red Sox pitch and helped the Yankees to two wins over their biggest rival.
While Frazier and new faces on the New York roster will not compensate for the loss of strength due to injuries to Aaron Judge and Giancarlo Stanton, they keep the offense on track.
Frazier, Mike Tauchman and others are the only American League players to succeed in the position of injured veterans.
The Houston Astros have won departures from Framber Valdez and Cristian Javier two days in a row to continue to reinforce a poor rotation of Justin Verlander.
The performances of those young players deserve to make him one of the top loose agents coveted in the baseball exemption thread on week four of the MLB season.

Clint Frazier, OF, New York Yankees
Frazier beat Boston pitching on Saturday with a record 3 out of three with a home run and five RBIs. The functionality followed a two-night RBI on Friday at Yankee Stadium.
In three appearances in 2020, Frazier had seven hits, two home runs, 8 RBIs and a batting average of Array636.
With Judge and Stanton on the disabled list, Frazier has a chance to start almost every day on the field. When he had the chance in 2019, Frazier had 12 home races, 38 RBIs and an Array806 OPS in 69 games.
Frazier and the Yankees have a favorable weekend winger with two more house games versus Boston and a weekend series against the New York Mets. The Yankees reached the double-digit problem mark in the first two games of their series with Boston and scored 15 points in two preparation games with the Mets in July.
If Frazier is not available in his leagues, keep an eye out for Tauchman, who had four hits against the Red Sox and recently had a five-game streak.
Framber Valdez and Cristian Javier, SP, Houston
Valdez and Javier played in a row in Houston’s Friday and Saturday victories over the Seattle Mariners.
The first allowed only one clean run in six innings while getting rid of five Mariners, which is a bass overall compared to the popular one he set. The 26-year-old left-hander withdrew 17 hitters from the Los Angeles Angels and Oakland Athletics in his last two starts.
Javier also struck out five Seattle hitters in his last start, however, on July 29, he produced a large volume of strikeouts with nine against the Los Angeles Dodgers.
In two of his last three appearances, Javier has lasted six innings. He had a three-inning Oakland output combined between them.
An upcoming two-game set at Coors Field can distract some potential owners, however, the Texas Rangers demonstrated on Friday and Saturday that production of the Colorado Rockies lineup can be moderate.
Colorado, which will arrive in Houston for a two-game set on Monday, has scored six issues in the last two games at his ballpark. The Rockies’ recent lack of production, combined with the recent form of Houston’s two young pitchers, is expected to turn them into interesting additions in the coming weeks.
