Elon Musk, The leading Tesla executive who plans to win Twitter, said Wednesday that it was possible for the social network to charge some usage fees in the future.
“Twitter will still be available to informal users, but there will be a small charge for commercial/government users,” he wrote in a tweet.
Musk doesn’t own Twitter yet, but he struck a deal to buy the company for about $44 billion last week, and publicly shared his thoughts on how he could replace the company before that deal is reached.
