Donald Trump Jr. said China sought ‘Beijing Biden’ to win presidential election

Donald Trump Jr., known for his combative presence and on social media, described his father’s opponent as “essentially the Loch Ness Swamp Monster” at Monday’s Republican National Convention.

In one of the opening speeches on the first night of the convention, the president’s eldest son said former Vice President Joe Biden had been hiding in Washington, D.C., for part of a century.

“He raises his head from time to time to run for president, then disappears and not long ago in the middle,” Trump Jr said. “So if you’re looking for hope, look at the guy who did what Obama-Biden’s failed management could never do and who built the biggest economy our country has ever known.”

“President Trump,” he added, “will do it again.”

On Monday, Trump Jr. singled out China and said the Chinese Communist Party was looking for Beijing Biden to win because he might not be like them like Trump. He also blamed the shock of the economy on the coronavirus, which came “thanks to the Chinese Communist Party.”

While there’s “light at the end of the tunnel” over the coronavirus under his father’s leadership, Trump Jr. said he criticized Biden for saying in an interview with ABC on Sunday that if he were president, he would shut down the country to prevent spread. coronavirus, if it’s through scientists.

“This is crazy,” Trump Jr. said.

He accused Democrats of imposing a culture of “cancellation” on the nation’s founders by destroying monuments. And he said that believers are attacked, they are prevented from going to church while “the massive chaos in the streets passes through.”

“It’s almost as if this election is shaping up to be a church, painting and opposition to riots, looting and vandalism,” Trump Jr. said. Or, in the words of Biden and the Democrats, “peaceful protest.”
