A dog disappeared after the Ford F250 was stolen from a Langford structure between 1 a. m. and 6 a. m. on Thursday, West Shore RCMP said.

There is praise for the return of the three-month-old Pomeranian, named Nugget, who was allegedly in the truck’s RV when he was removed from the domain of Jacklin Road and Goldstream Avenue.

The truck discovered through Shawnigan Lake RCMP on Kapoor Main, but the dog disappeared.

It appears the guilty user got rid of the caravan and left with the truck, West Shore RCMP said.

“We’re just our puppy,” the owner said in a Facebook post posted through Reunite Owners with Missing Animals, or ROAM.

“We are from the island and we are here for two weeks for work.

“We him terribly. “

Anyone seeing Nugget should contact ROAM at 778-977-6260 or 778-977-6265.
