Dez Bryant tweets ‘Just One Chance’ after THE NFL lifts verification restrictions

Dez Bryant hasn’t played in an NFL game since 2017 and needs a chance to get out himself.

On Tuesday, he turned to Twitter to ask for the opportunity:

Just a chance. the rest will take care of itself

The tweet came after Tom Pelissero of nfl Network reported that the league had told the groups that they could begin organizing trials for loose agents amid the COVID-19 pandemic. Pelissero noted that in the past groups were prohibited from bringing loose agents to their facilities unless it was for a physical examination.

Bryant, one of the NFL’s most productive open receivers in its heyday.

He went to 3 Pro Bowls in 4 years from 2013 to 2016 and amassed more than 1,200 yards received and double-digit landing catches in 3 consecutive seasons from 2012 to 2014.

The New Orleans Saints signed it in 2018 in the hope of regaining that form, but it broke Achilles practice before betting on a game.

The 31-year-old now has another chance as the 2020 season approaches.
