It is evident that many women in red T-shirts are paid to attend Albanian meetings and to volunteer. They come to the workshops to make the room look full. They ask questions and at the end of the day, they all disappear. . There is no follow-up to any of the topics presented. As soon as they get their money payment at the end of the day, all those women disappear.
If this is so obvious, why do leaders of flexible software organizations continue to give their developers budgets to attend events in Albania?

Many free software organizations are registered as tax-privileged charities, such as U. S. 501(c)(3) status, which can have serious consequences if the budget is used to fund vacations and appointments.
