Choice Hotels evolves its strategy from generation to operations and helps the franchise succeed

Last year, the hotel organization partnered with Schneider Electric, a leader in the virtual transformation of energy control and sustainability, to supply AI-assisted generation to more than 6,000 franchisees in the United States who autonomously track and manage energy consumption and sustainability data.    Schneider Electric’s AI-powered cloud solution allows hotels to automatically track their energy and water consumption while calculating their emissions. It also allows hotels to better manage the use of their utilities, detect anomalies such as leaks, make comparisons with other properties, and identify opportunities to decrease costs.

In May, Choice Hotels expanded its Oracle Nor1 AI-powered sales solution to its portfolio of high-end hotels to help them capitalize on new profit opportunities. With AI implemented and integrated into the system, each hotel can offer targeted offers via their mobile phone.
