Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile, the portable edition of the CoD experience, is now available for iOS and Android. With Warzone mobile, you can go head-to-head in the titular war royale with up to 120 players, or fight in a variety of other game modes like Team Deathmatch, Domination, Kill Confirmed, and Search.
Not only does Warzone Mobile feature some of Warzone Mobile’s most productive maps with Verdansk and Rebirth Island, but the additional game modes included also include some classics like Shipment and Shoot House. Unlike previous CoD games for mobile devices, Warzone Mobile will also feature cross-play. -Progression, meaning that Operators and weapons unlocked on your smartphone will move to PC and console, or vice versa.
It’s probably no exaggeration to say that Call of Duty is one of the games, if not the biggest, on the planet. Their access to the world of mobile phones is therefore wonderful news; Even though we had CoD Mobile, it was a standalone experience, whereas Warzone Mobile features cross-progression. Admittedly, it’s not the same as cross-play, but it’s a first step in the right direction to give enthusiasts a unified experience. We can assume that Warzone Mobile is going to be a huge success, the question of whether it will end up eclipsing other competitors like Fortnite because of this remains up in the air.
Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile also makes its debut with the Day Zero event. You and the entire Call of Duty network can fight in full event moves and unlock event points; place them in exclusive individual and network rewards that can also be used in other games in the series such as Warzone and Modern Warfare III (the new one).
