One of our favorite case manufacturers here at Talk Android, which makes other cases for Moto Z and Moto Z Force. The Commuter is an excellent case, providing coverage against drops, dust, and screen by lifting the screen off the floor. thanks to the raised edges of the case. It has a much slimmer profile than the Defender, but it also doesn’t offer as much coverage as the Defender.

And here we come to the last case on our list: the Otterbox Defender. It is designed in particular for the Moto Z Force; there’s rarely one available for the Moto Z or even the Moto Z DROID. I use the Otterbox Defender on all my phones, especially after having a caseless crisis with a Galaxy S7 Edge. The Ottrbox Defender gives drops, dust, screen protection, and scratches, making it the best case to carry outdoors or in other harsh environments, such as perhaps a structure site.
